ARE GOING TO REINSTALL.
How To Reinstall Windows Without Losing Anything Here Is Another Possible Solution: easy way and tested:
1- Start Windows XP
2- Go to the location of your source files
3- Run WINNT32 /unattend
For example, D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend ( copy & paste this command into the RUN box, then press ENTER ) Your computer will do the rest.
Or,
Start > All Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
Copy & paste > D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend
Press Enter.
If you have i386 on your drive, you can replace D: ( if D: is your cd drive ) with the location of it.
I've often need to do this to repair something that had gotten corrupted and didn't want to do a clean install.
D: is the driver letter where your windows XP Cd is
if D:\I386\winnt32 /unattend doesn't work then try : d:\winnt32 /unattend.

There's no need to worry. Simply put, a computer running a 64-bit version ofWindows 7 needs
64-bit drivers for all your hardware and devices. A driver is software
that allows your computer to communicate with hardware devices. Without
drivers, the devices you connect to your computer or install inside your
computer won't work properly. In most cases, Windows can automatically find and install those 64-bit drivers for you by searching a huge database of drivers included in Windows and using Windows Update.
Unlike drivers, most programs designed for 32-bit versions of Windows work just fine on computers running a 64-bit version of Windows. (Notable exceptions are antivirus programs and so-called utility programs, where you might need a 64-bit version.)
If you have a choice of whether to install a 32-bit or 64-bit version of
a program, always choose the 64-bit version if you're running a 64-bit
version ofWindows. Even though the 32-bit version should work with a 64-bit version ofWindows, chances are the 64-bit version will perform better, since it was designed for a 64-bit version of Windows.

Instructions UnRAR archive. Run Office2003.exe - It is a Self Extracting Setup program, so it will got through an install. This means that it will not prompt you for any details. Immediately after extracting you will see the setup begin to run. Wait for the setup to complete, then open Microsoft Office via Start - All Programs - Microsoft Office

Instructions-
1. Install Office Professional Plus 2010
(I recommend a fresh install with no KMS and other stuff).

2. Run the EXE file.
3. Click on \"Licence Backup\"
4. Uncheck \"Save Keys\" and Check \"Reinstall Keys\"
5. In the typing bar of \"Backup name\" type: prime
6. After typing: prime, click \"restore\".
7. Let it do its thing and say activation was successful
8. Open one of the Office Products such as \"Excel\" or \"Word\"
9. You will be prompted to activate if via online or through the phone.
10. Select the phone and pick your countries phone number.
11. Listen to the lady on the phone and give her the numbers she asks from you.
12. Click next to get a confirmation that your activation was successful.
13. Go to the program you opened and the select File, then go to Help, you will see that \"Activation is Required\"
Close or Exit the program and reopen it and the go to File, then to Help and see that your Activation was successful.
14. You can UPDATE all the programs with windows update just like a normal copy of Office 2010.
